No! Our classes are welcoming to all fitness levels, and our experienced coaches provide modifications and support for first-timers and seasoned athletes alike.
How do I find the gym?
We’re located at 121–123 Ferrars Street in South Melbourne, just minutes from the CBD with easy access via two tram lines and ample parking nearby.
